The Jmeet system integrated in Jforma will allow you to organize online meetings and synchronous video lessons in a safe, protected and tracked way.

REMINDER EMAIL

The system provides for the automatic sending of different reminder emails for teachers and students with instructions and direct access links to the videolesson.

ACCESS WITH IDENTIFICATION TOKEN

Jmeet automatically distinguishes operators from students. All participants log in with individual credentials to the courses they belong to, without being able to change their identity.

NON COUNTERFEITABLE STAY LOG

The system returns the tracking of the time spent by the participants. Reports can be exported to excel.

INSPECTOR ACCESS

Jmeet allows you to create login credentials for inspectors who will be able to access virtual rooms and logs to check attendance and time spent on each single funded or authorized course. The inspector's access can be notified in real time to the course coordinator.

INTEGRATED TEACHING

Teachers will be able to interact with students, share their computer desktop to show slides and other teaching materials. In addition to the synchronous teaching, teachers and students will be able to use the upload space of the course to share teaching materials, handouts, videos, tests, exercises, etc.

CO-AULA TRAINING

The integration with Jforma allows you to organize co-classroom videolessons, that is videolessons that involve the union of several courses with a single teacher.
